Dubai Marina dominates the demand for Dubai property, according to new figures.

The data from PropertyFinder shows that Dubai Marina is the most popular location for buyers and renters in the emirate's thriving real estate market, accounting for 18.67 per cent of buyer searches and 18.41 per cent of those from tenants.

Dubai Sports City's popularity, though, is on the up.

"Whilst Dubai Marina, Downtown Dubai, Palm Jumeirah and Jumeirah Lake Towers remain firm favourites with buyers, Dubai Sports City’s reputation as a property hotspot seems to soar," Property Wire quotes the report as saying.

Indeed, Dubai Sports City was not in the top 10 list of locations last year but has now jumped up to number eight.
