Sly stallone's home back up for sale

Sly Stallone may have just won a Golden Globe for his supporting turn in Creed, but the actor and director is not enjoying much success on the real estate market. He and his wife, Jennifer Flavin, first listed their home in November 2014, but faced a rocky road on the way to selling it. They took it off the market in July 2015 after failing to find a buyer. Now, the La Quinta property is up for sale once more, with an asking price of $4.19 million - slightly below the $4.5 million they paid for the villa in 2010.
