Last week the 66 year old attended a party marking the opening of the Lucas Fox Property Lounge at its central Barcelona Headquarters, along with his wife, 34 year old theatre producer Sally Humphreys and his manager Sherry Daly.
Wood started house-hunting in Catalunya in March of 2013 with his property advisor Marie Harrison and also looked at properties in Sitges and the Costa Brava, assisted throughout by Lucas Fox' sales executive Andrada Camelia: "Ronnie Wood is one of the most famous personalities in the world and although I am used to dealing with very high profile clients I found that Ronnie and his wife Sally to be two of the friendliest and funniest people I have ever met".
The property is currently being gutted and will be renovated by renowned Barcelona interior designer Jaime Beristain, whose brief includes designing an artist studio for the Stones' frontman who is rapidly becoming as famous for his art as for his music.
Among the attendees at the launch were a number of prominent figures of Barcelona's arts, business and social scene as well as Catalunya's Minister for Housing, Carles Sala.
