Dubai prime office rents grow by double digits
Prime office rents in Dubai saw double-digit growth in the third quarter of 2014 compared to the same period one year ago, according to Knight Frank.
New enquiries for office space picked up in the three months to September 2014, although these did not fully convert into actual demand. Nevertheless, low supply placed pressure on office rents, pushing them up 2 per cent quarter-on-quarter and 23 per cent year-on-year.
Indeed, six out of the 13 districts tracked by Knight Frank saw double-digit growth in rental values.
