Kuwaiti investors eye up greek property
Kuwaiti investors are eyeing up Greek property, according to new reports. The country's low prices and the weak euro have already attracted the attentions of British and American investors, but businessmen from Kuwait are also being drawn to the market.
"It is a good investment opportunity," Sauleiman Al-Dulaijan, Manager of the Real-Estate Al-Dulaijan Office, tells KUNA, although he notes that they need to "assess [the] volume of the economic problem". Suha Mesbeh, from Mideast Travel Worldwide, says that a number of Kuwaitis have opened real estate investment offices in the country. Others are more cautious and considering investments in markets such as Turkey, the UAE and the USA.
