Overseas buyers snap up 60pc of thai development

Overseas buyers have snapped up 60 per cent units at a Thai development.

Sansiri's Baan Mai Khao beachfront project in Phuket is now 50 per cent sold, with 60 per cent of those units going to international buyers. Russian buyers dominated demand, taking up 20 per cent of the foreign-sold units, followed by investors from Singapore and Hong Kong.
