Jason biggs lists second home for second time

Jason Biggs has listed one of his Californian homes on the market. The Beverly Hills mansion, which boasts four bedrooms, a tennis court and a swimming pool, is the kind of pad you would expect from the star of the American Pie franchise. Years after the series ended, though, Biggs' career has found a second wind as Larry, the partner of convict Piper Chapman (Taylor Schilling) in Orange Is the New Black.

As the Netflix series returns for another run this summer, it is only fitting that Biggs should enjoy a similar second wind of activity in his real estate life: the listing of his Beverly Hills home arrivs just after the listing of his Sunset Strip house.

This is not the first time that either property has been put up for sale, though: the actor has placed them both on the market before and failed to find a buyer.

The 2.5 LA estate, which also has "exposed beams, hardwood floors and French doors throughout", according to the listing, carries an asking price of $4.795 million.

OITNB fans, in particular, won't be disappointed: one of the bedrooms is "set up as a home screening room for prime viewing".
