Michelle williams sells home for $8.8m

Michelle Williams has sold her home, within just a few months of listing it for sale.

The actress, who was married to Heath Ledger, put the townhouse in Boerum Hill on the market in September 2014. The home boasted such modern amenities as a temperature-controlled wine cellar and landscaped roof deck, complete with waterfall; enough to earn it an asking price of $7.5 million. The final selling price, though, was even higher, with the transaction reaching $8.8 million in December.
