Albanian resort offers free cars to buyers

Incentives have always been present in the property industry, tempting unsure buyers to snap up offers during slow market periods.

Now, though, one resort in Albania has found a way to accelerate interest: by offering a free car.

Lalzit Bay Resort & Spa, a five-star development on the Adriatic Coast, will give away a free Fiat Punto or Skoda Octavia to buyers of deluxe apartments or two-bed villa apartments.

For investors a very healthy 6% guaranteed rental income for the first 2 years of ownership is also on offer.
