Homes.com launches scoring system for schools

Homes.com has launched a new scoring system for schools. The system, which compares test scores for an individual public school with other public schools in that state with the same education level, assigns a grade of A+ to D in an attempt to make it easier for buyers to judge which properties have the best local schools.

"With young families and millennial homebuyers placing a higher value on homes located near quality schools, Homes.com is focused on making their buying process easier by offering useful tools and information to make better purchasing decisions," Dave Mele, president of Homes.com, tells Property Portal Watch.
