Meet the house that pizza built

Little did John Schnatter know in 1984 that he would one day own the whole top floor of the exclusive St. Regis Deer Valley building in Utah, let alone make history by listings the state's most expensive condo for sale in history. That is exactly what has happened, though, as a result of Schnatter's business: Papa John's pizza company.
The chain of restaurants has seen its CEO bcome rich in both the food, financial and real estate sense. While he is willing to part with one of his two condo units that make up the top floor of his home, The Deseret News says he will keep the one that does not sell.
Both units were bought by Schnatter in 2008, although he has only invested heavily in one: No. 1102, which has been renovated with everything from a ski preparation room and a games room to a private elevator, gourmet kitche and large jacuzzi. The other property is unfurnished and will be advertised at a lower asking price. The value? $12.5 million.
Whoever said pizza is not good for you should look at the listings on Zillow.
