The 2-bedroom 2-bathroom residences are currently under construction and are 50 per cent complete, he explains. "Each unit will be completely built out with kitchens, sinks and toilets installed. This is rare for Brazil!"
"We will also be including free air conditioning for the early-bird purchasers," he adds.
