Property prices in "New Abu Dhabi" are stabilising, according to Dubizzle.

The classified site's figures show that prices jumped in the Tourist Club area, with two-bed apartments up 6 per cent, as well as Tamouh Square, Mohamed Bin Zayed City and the Al Muroor area.
