Villa sales rise in thailand

Sales of villas increased in Phuket at the end of 2014, according to CBRE.

The firm's new figures show that 84 villas were sold in the final quarter of last year, an improvement upon the previous three months.

Entry-level properties (valued between THB 5 million and THB 15 million) represented the majority of properties sold. There was only one project launched in Q4 2014. Banyan Tree Grand Residence with 19 luxury units priced at over THB 110 million.
