Canterbury pushes up construction in new zealand
Canterbury is pushing up construction in New Zealand. New figures from Statistics New Zealand show that residential building activity grew 9 per cent in the third quarter of 2013. That growth was led by Canterbury, where construction activity surged 20 per cent in the wake of earthquakes as the city re-builds its real estate. The rest of the country saw activity rise by 6.2 per cent.
