The triplex, which was purchased by the actress and her former partner Bruce Willis back in 1990, is the jewel in the crown of the San Remo building: it sits at the top of one of the Emery Roth building's two iconic towers.

"I’m spending the majority of my time in my other homes, and this apartment is too magnificent not to be lived in full time," Moore told The New York Times.

The property, PH26C, spans a whopping 7,000 square feet, with five bedrooms, 7.5 baths and - naturally - a private elevator. There is also a library, a breakfast room, a staff room and an entertainment room, complete with a terrace boasting a beautiful view of Central Park.

The building's other residents have included such names as Dustin Hoffman and Steven Spielberg, although Madonna was once rejected by the board.

Moore liked living there so much that she also owns a two-bedroom apartment on the lobby level, which she is selling combined with the triplex for the asking price of $75 million.

Can't afford it? Try the monthly maintenance fees, which Zillow pegs at $21,186.
