Magic mike stars flaunt their hot real estate stuff

Magic Mike XXL arrives in UK cinemas this weekend, but while audiences fan themselves in cinemas, real estate watchers will be doing the same, as the stars prove themselves as agile in the property market as they are on stage.

Earlier this year, Joe Manganiello, who has won his own legion of female fans thanks to his performance in True Blood, put his bachelor pad in Los Angeles on the market. The home on a quarter-acre estate carried a not-insubstantial price tag of $1.995 million, offering curves (in its swimming pool) and well-placed foliage (in the tropical oasis outside), as well as four beds.

Just last week, the actor's home closed on a deal, selling it for a final price of $1.925 million. The sale was handled by Nourmand & Associates.

At the same time, Channing Tatum has been playing the old in-and-out game: the 21 Jump St star bought a Beverly Hills home earlier this year with his wife, Jenna Dewan Tatum. The six-bedroom home includes a swimming pool and outdoor fireplace on a one-acre estate. The price? $6 million.

The contract was signed just a month before the couple sold their smaller home off the market for $2.67 million: a perfectly timed gyration of the property market, if you will. Ahem.
