Joel silver secretly selling malibu home

Hollywood producing legend Joel Silver has reportedly listed his Malibu property to sell on the quiet. The oceanfront mansion was picked up by Silver in 2003 for around $14.4 million and has become famous among industry insiders for its annual Memorial Day beach parties. The 5,900-square-foot estate also boasts two bedrooms, five bathrooms and a beachside swimming pool, not to mention one of just two private tennis courts on that stretch of sand.

The price to live like Joel Silver? A blockbuster $60 million.
