Affordable paradise
Brazilian property investors may be interested to learn that the
country has been labelled an "affordable paradise" by experts...
Shelter Offshore groups Brazil in with Panama
and Argentina
as a country where there is a "tax-efficient way of life in something of a
paradise".
The website recommends Brazil
as a "stunning haven" for "those who love fabulous properties,
wide open spaces, gorgeous countryside and a way of life that can be as western
or as local as you like".
Shelter Offshore advises people looking for property for sale in Brazil to
consider what the word "cheap" means to them and then use their
definition to guide their search for an overseas home.
Recently, Kevin Brass, writing for the International
Herald Tribune's properties blog Raising the Roof, said that Brazil's
housing market will be "one to watch" in 2009 as large amounts of
money from around the world are continuing to flow into the country's economy,
aiding the real estate market.
