Jonah hill puts loft up for sale

Jonah Hill his put his loft apartment on the market. The two-bedroom, two bathroom pad, located in Soho, was snapped up by the star in 2012. Now, though, he has decided to part ways with the gorgeous unit, which boasts trendy exposed brick walls as well as 13-foot ceilings lined with large windows to let the light into the second floor of the building.

The price he paid? $2.65 million. The price he wants for it now? $3.795 million. The Wolf of Wall Street would be proud.
