Fine & Country has opened its first office in New Zealand.

The agency says its move to the suburb of Remuera in Auckland marks the strength of the brand, but also marks the strength of the New Zealand property market.

Indeed, the country has recently experienced a property boom in Auckland, with average house prices reaching $647,207. New Zealand has also seen the highest net migration in last 10 years of 26,700 entering the country last year, with 6,000 of those from the UK. 12,300 of those went to Auckland, where the majority were professionals that invested in property.
