Brazil 'easy to invest in'
Overseas property investors thinking of investing in Brazil will
have "no problem" doing so, it has been suggested...
According to Tom Falcao, General Manager of the Brazilian tourist office in London, the country is
particularly attractive as it has a booming tourist market.
He explained that there are nine state capitals in the north-east that are
easily accessible by a seven-hour flight from Lisbon,
in Portugal.
"They all have a very good infrastructure for tourism; all the hotels,
food and things like that are very well organised," said Mr Falcao of the
cities.
In addition, he noted that there are a number of attractions, including two
opera houses built in the middle of the Amazonian jungle during the 19th
century.
Raising the Roof, the International Herald
Tribune's property blog, recently predicted that Brazil would see significant
development this year, as it is set to attract a large volume of overseas
property investment.
