Irish house prices fall at start of 2015
Irish house prices have started the year with a slight slowdown, with prices falling 0.4 per cent in February 2015.
Despite this fall, residential property prices remained up 14.9 per cent compared to February 2014. In Dublin, residential property prices fell by 0.7 per cent in February, although they have risen 21.4 per cent higher than one year ago.
Excluding Dublin, residential property prices were unchanged in February, although they are now 8.2 per cent higher than last year.
