Bidders out in force at melbourne auctions

Bidders are still out in force at Melbourne auctions, according to CoreLogic RP Data.

The city's market slowed over the weekend, with just 373 auctions staged - a minute percentage of the 1539 auctions staged the previous week. Despite the drop, though, clearance rates only fell slightly, from 77.1 per cent to 73.7 per cent, indicating the continuing strength of buyer demand.
