Gulf investors dominate dubai real estate
Gulf investors are dominating Dubai's real estate market, according to the emirate's Land Department.
The group's latest report shows that buyers from Germany, India and the UK are flocking into the recovering property market, with international sales totally AED114 billion last year. Gulf buyers are leading the charge, though, with Qatari investors making up AED6.71 million of transactions, ahead of buyers from Oman and the UAE, accounting for AED5.77 million and AED4.56 million of deals respectively.
