Sjp and broderick fail to flip ny home

Matthew Broderick and Sarah Jessica Parker have comprehensively failed to flip their New York Home.

The star couple picked up the 6,800-square-foot townhouse in 2011 for the celebrity-worthy price of $19 million, before renovating the place and listing it the following year for the hiked up price of $25 million. After that failed to find a buyer, they cut that price to $22 million, then $19.95 million, only to finally find a buyer this year, reports Curbed, for $18.25 million. Ouch.
