Tina Fey is not the only funny person getting their real estate game on in 2016: Judd Apatow and Leslie Mann have listed their beachside Malibu home for sale.

The 3-bedroom home, which also boasts 4 bathrooms and ocean views from the open living room, not to mention a chef's kitchen and two fireplaces, was first bought by the couple back in 2013 for $10.83 million. The asking price now? $12 million. You can bet they are laughing.
