Caracas voted most expensive place to live

Caracas has been voted the most expensive place to live for expats, according to a survey from ECA International.

The biannual report ranks Oslo as the most expensive European destination, while Tokyo remains the most expensive city in Asia, but the Venezuelan is the most expensive place for expats to live.
 
The city's surprise top spot, thuogh, may soon be lost again, adds Expat Forum, as pressure builds on the currency, which could spark a devaluation in the near future.
