Dubai developer awards contract for the palm tower

Nakheel has awarded the contract for The Palm Tower, a 52-storey addition to the Palm Jumeirah.

The Dubai developer has given the $223 million contract for the hotel and residential complex to Trojan General Contracting National Projects & Construction LLC.

The development will comprise a total of 504 luxury residences, while the 290-room hotel will offer a restaurant, viewing deck and infinity pool.
