Yours for $1.6m: jesse pinkman's home
Good news, yo. Jesse Pinkman's house is now for sale. Everyone's favourite fictional drug kingpin - after Walter White, aka. Heisenberg - lived in the property at the start of AMC's hit TV series Breaking Bad.
Pinkman inherited the home from his aunt, before using it to cook meth with his former high school chemistry teacher. Before being evicted by his parents, though, he managed to destroy the bathroom by accidentally using hydrochloric acid to burn a hole through the bath and the floor, leaving it to fall to the hallway below.
Later, he used his knowledge of the home's meth lab history to buy the property back from his mum and dad at a discounted rate - a handy tip for real estate bargain hunters. As long as you avoid the drug dealing and meth cooking part. That's not cool, yo.
It is the first notable property featured in the TV series to be put up for sale.
"The owners contacted us because we have a reputation for doing real estate in Albuquerque and marking unique properties," Coldwell Banker told TODAY.com. "They thought that this was definitely going to be a unique opportunity that would appeal to a variety of buyers, not just in our market, but globally."
The two-storey property boasts four bedrooms, two Porches, chimneys and fireplaces and is now listed for $1.6 million.
"Meth lab not included," noted Coldwell's press release announcing the listing, which was initially an exclusive for TODAY.com.
