Comedian Amy Schumer is having a belter of a year - and she's hoping to top it off with the sale of her Manhattan apartment.

The "It" girl of comedy, as Stephen Colbert put it, has seen her star rise both Stateside and on British soil in the past 12 months. Inside Amy Schumer, her sketch show, has returned for  anew season, while she also bagged her first leading role in edgy Rom-com Trainwreck, released in cinemas in the summer.

The only way 2015 could better for her? If she managed to sell her home. Schumer's one-bedroom unit is certainly no laughing matter. Located in an Upper West Side townhouse, boast ceilings, several skylights, two wood-burning fireplaces, and stairs up to a private roof terrace, where you can find not just a view of the city but also a gas grill and a landscaped garden. It even has the Museum of Natural History nearby.

The asking prices for the co-op, which fills up the top floor of the building? Just over $2 million.

Trainwreck? Far from it.
