Skill shortages spark expat employment opportunities in australia and new zealand

A shortgage in skilled workers is sparking employment opportunities in Australia and New Zealand, according to one firm.

International removals company Anglo Pacific highlights sectors such as construction and engineering in the two countries for job hunters, as they struggle to fill key positions in skilled sectors.

"Although requirements for Christchurch’s rebuild are well documented, skill shortages exist across Australia and New Zealand," Jason Diggs, sales director, told Expat Forum, adding that 60 per cent of their export business currnetly goes to these two countries.
