Rio exhibition for us property sells out

An exhibition advertising US property in Rio de Janeiro sold out all of its stands more than a month ahead of its start date, as South American investors remain keen on North American real estate.

The Investir USA Expo Rio de Janeiro, which will take place from 9th to 10th September, has been organised by Orb International and is sponsored by Minto Communities and AFEX foreign exchange.

Dominic Pickering of Orb told OPP Connect: "We believe that the reason the show is such a success is that the only other international real estate expos being done in Brazil are run by specific brokers or developers and offer only their inventory and choices. Investir USA Expo is an open market show that promotes various types of real estate services from all over the USA. It is this variety, coupled with a purely informational seminar series designed to educate consumers that have made the show sell out."
