The "Capital 68" residential complex will be located in the central part of the town. It will have six four-storey blocks of flats with a total of 227 apartments, including 73 studios.
"Capital 68" will have an underground parking, squash courts, a covered swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, tennis court, and store.
