Katie holmes joins ny's tenant population

Katie Holes has joined New York's booming tenant population, reports the New York Post. The actress is now renting out a furnished penthouse in Chelsea for $25,000 a month, which offers views of the Empire State Building and the new One World Trade Center. The three-bedroom unit is twice as much as the apartment she rented following her split with Tom Cruise three years ago.
