Russian developer sees sales surge

One of Russia's largest residential property developers saw sales surge 27 per cent in the final quarter of 2013. Etalon GRoup's sales jumped to a total of 9.41 billion roubles in the final three three months of last year, just as the company started work on its first project in Moscow.
