New luxury tower launches in miami

A new luxury tower has launched in Miami. Elysee, which will be set directly on Biscayne Bay, will offer 100 units in a 57-storey waterfront tower. Units will range from duplexes to penthouses, with a maximum of two units per floot and each providing unobstructed views of the bay, Miami Beach and the Miami skyline. Prices range from $1.65 million to over $10 million.

The project is being developed by Two Roads Development, formed by parent company Eastview Development. It follows the successful launch of Biscayne Beach, a nearby tower from the same team, which is now almost sold out.
