Madonna's home is being flipped for $8 million.

The Sunset Boulevard mansion, which was bought a year and a half ago by a trust connected to investor Nick Kaiser, has arrived on the market once more. There have been no changes to either the listing description or the photos, notes Curbed, but the one thing that has changed? The price tag.

The price for the nine-bedroom estate, complete with 1.25 acres of land, then? $19.5 million. The new asking price? $27.995 million. The potential profit? $8.4 million.
