The couple, who starred together in such classics as I Know What You Did Last Summer and Scooby Doo, bought the five-bed home in 2001 for $2.45 million, just before tying the knot.
The estate, which spans 7,620 square feet boasts everything a movie star couple with two kids could want: five bathrooms, 15-foot high ceilings, a family room with a drop-down screen and projector, a gourmet kitchen - and, of course, a patio with a waterfall and barbecue.
Prinze Jr. and Gellar, though, recently bought themselves a new pad in Mandeville Canyon. And, as any parent knows, running one household is costly enough, let alone two. Their former Bel Air home is therefore now up for sale with an asking price of $5.5 million.
