Pete sampras nets $6m home owned by albert brooks
Tennis legend Pete Sampras has netted a new trophy for his real estate cabinet: the Bel Air home that used to belong to Albert Brooks.
The home features three bedrooms, a gated private drive, large glass walls, two acres of land and, of course, a tennis court. The price? $5,996,000, significantly lower than the $6,995,000 asking price Brooks wanted in 2012. Game, set and match, Pete.
