New budget flights to montenegro to give property market a lift
New budget flights to Montenegro from the UK are predicted to give the property market a lift this year.
New low-cost routes from easyJet between Manchester and Tivat will launch in March 2016, starting from €50 return and beginning on Sundays and Thursdays. This is the only connection available outside of London, with 15,000 passengers expected to use it this summer.
The rise in tourist numbers, combined with the stronger pound in recent months, is forecast to attract more British buyers into the country's property market, says ntRealty.
Peter Flynn, Director of the estate agency, tells OPP.Today: "Although 2015 has been a tougher year than 2014 (which was excellent for ntRealty), we are seeing renewed interest from British buyers in Montenegro as the pound has strengthened recently and British buyers have become much more confident about their home market."
