L.a. Villa saves mr. Tom hanks $5million
Tom Hanks has saved himself several million dollars with the sale of his L.A. home. The Spanish-style villa, located in the starry neighbourhood of Pacific Palisades, is full of "Oly Hollywood ambience", according to the LA Times, which reports that the Saving Mr. Banks star - and his wife, Rita Wilson - fetched $5.025 million for the pad.
It boasts four bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a gourmet kitchen and even a private beauty Salon.
Hanks is far from out of the property game, though: he and his wife also own a $26 million mansion and a seafront home in Malibu Colony.
