Optimism building in bulgarian construction

Optimism is building in Bulgaria's construction sector, according to a new report from PMR Group.

The research reveals that the country's house prices stabilised in 2013, which will "probably spread to construction output in 2014," reports Europa Property.

Large-scale developments may be unlikely to happen in the coming three years. The number of starts in 2013 was almost identical to the previous year, but PMR has hailed this as a sign of equilibrium, with positive growth now forecast by 2015, if not earlier.
