Ashton kutcher sells bachelor pad
Ashton Kutcher has finally sold his bachelor pad in the Hollywood Hills. The actor picked up the three-storey pad (with retractable walls of glass) in 2012 for $8.45 million after his split from Demi Moore. Kutcher was rumoured to be searching for a buyer in May of this year, though, following his engagement to Mila Kunis, who co-starred with him in That 70's Show.
Now, the soon-to-be-family-man has finally sold his party pad for $9.925m, which will go some way to funding the purchase of the couple's new $10m home in Beverly Hills.
Kunis has since followed suit by listing her own bachelorette home for $3.995m.
