Former Beastie Boy Adam Horovitz is fighting for his right to party in a loft in Chelsea after buying a conversion this month.
Horovitz bought the two-bedroom property, located on West 22nd Street, with his wife Kathleen Hanna after it had been listed on the market for over a month. The asking price was $2.95 million, reports Real Estalker, although it is not confirmed how much they paid.
