Us corn belt prices down first time since 1986

US corn belt farmland values have declined for the first time since 1986.

The Federal Reseve Bank of Chicago's quarterly survey, published this week, shows that the average value of quality farmland fell 3 per cent in 2014, the first year-on-year decline in nearly 30 years.
