New York Statewide MLS is teaming up with Juwai.com to market listings to Chinese buyers.
The deal is the latest in a string of agreements for the Chinese portal, as the country continues to dominate international investment activity in real estate, despite (or, according to some experts, in response to) the economic slowdown in the country. Indeed, according to the National Association of Realtors, Chinese buyers are now the biggest foreign buyer group in the US.
The deal is expected to add around 5.8 million residential properties to the site.
