Revealed: jon hamm's tiny penthouse
The actor and his partner, Jennifer Westfeldt, finished doing up their apartment in the middle of March, reported the NY Post. The property, located at 40 West 67th Street, was actually purchased by the pair last year for $2.45 million - news that prompted a search online for the original listing.
The penthouse boasts two bedrooms and two bathrooms and sits on top of Rosario Candela-designed block in Lincoln Square, built in 1930 and offering partial views of Central Park from Hamm's two terraces.
The striking thing, though, is that it is far from the movie star mansions and knocked-through condos courted by other celebrities. Indeed, RealEstalker analysed the floor plan and deduced the apartment spans only around 1,000 square feet.
The listing on Street Easy describes the windowed open kitchen as allowing "an ease of entertaining to the dining area as well as the living room with its welcoming wood burning fireplace".
"The apartment needs a finishing layer but the bones are intact," it continues. Indeed, the couple have now completed their redesign of the interiors. The photos below are from the original listing, giving us a glimpse at where the real life Don Draper lives. What it looks like now, though, is anybody's guess...
