Hong Kong, Beijing and London are the most expensive office markets in the world.
The UK capital topped the CBRE rankings in its latest Globe Prime Office Occupancy Costs survey, with the city's West End in first place for the second year in a row. The market's overall prime rents totalled $273 per square feet in 2015, followed by Hong Kong's Central district ($269 per square feet) and Beijing's Finance Street ($191 per square feet).
Beijing's CBD ($183 per square feet) and West Kowloon, Hong Kong ($162 per square feet), completed the top five.
