Over 100 injured in hong kong ferry crash
Over 100 people were injured at the weekend in a ferry crash in Hong Kong.
The high-speed boat, returning from Macau, hit a mysterious object that was later identified as a rubber tyre, reports the SCMP. 124 in total were injured, five critically, in the incident, which saw the ferry lose power south of Lantau Island and water begin to seep in.
"Some people sustained injuries to their jaws, arms and legs," one passenger told the newspaper.
